Did you know, Halloween is the the name given for All Hallows' Eve. This is the evening before All Hallows' Day, which is the holy day for Christians. Traditionally, it is celebrated by children who dress up in frightening masks and costumes. Halloween is also associated with the Celtic festival Samhain, when ghosts and spirits were believed to have been abroad.
